Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the items meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Items must be in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (such as pillows or bedding) for hygiene reasons
